Event Description: Martial Arts are a physical discipline shaped by East Asian philosophical concepts. Focus is on increasing physical fitness, building self confidence, and respect for self and others. Karate uses a variety of techniques, with the focus on blocks and strikes. Registration: Until session ends Summer I June 7 - July 7, 2010 Summer II July 12 - August 11, 2010 Class: Monday and Wednesday at Ben Davis High School Cost per person: $63.00 Class schedule by division: Karate Kids I (Grades 1-3) 6:30 - 7:15pm Karate Kids II (Grades 4-7) 7:15 - 8:30pm Adult Karate (Ages 13 & Up) 7:15 - 8:30pm
