Plainfield Chamber of Commerce 2010 Farmers’ Market is on Wednesdays from 4 – 7 p.m.  The Market is located in the Plainfield Plaza Shopping Center in front of Mitch’s Incredible Ace Hardware on U.S. 40.  The Market continues every Wednesday until product/produce ceases.

Market vendors offer a large variety of fruits, vegetables, honey, plants – garden and landscape, cut flowers, bread, caramel and kettle corn.

“This is a producers-only Market,” said Rosie Lenihan, Chamber Market Master, “which means the produce sold in this Market is grown by Hendricks County residents or folks in the surrounding counties.  We limit this Market to garden related product – which includes food grown and prepared locally.  All vendors must have required permits.”

New vendors are always welcome to join the Market.  Applications are available through the website at www.plainfield-in.com or by calling the chamber office at 317-839-3800.
