Monthly Member Meetings

The Plainfield Chamber hosts monthly membership meetings that all members are encouraged to attend.  These monthly meetings are a great way to maximize your membership through networking with other members and Chamber staff.

We ask that EVERYONE REGISTER IN ADVANCE whether you are eating or not, so we know how many tables and chairs to set up.

The meetings are free, however if you’d like to eat lunch the cost is $15 per person.  To ensure our caterers have enough food; we ask that all members pre-register prior to the deadline for each meeting. 

For those wanting to eat, there will be an additional $5.00 late fee for anyone who registers after the deadline or at the door.

MEMBER MEETING DETAILS: 

LOCATION:  MADE@Plainfield, 1610 Reeves Rd, Plainfield IN (unless noted otherwise)

TIME:  11:30 – 1:00/1:30

Check in starts at 11:15.

Lunch:  Buffet style from 11:30 until noon.

Meeting:  The meeting officially kicks off about noon, beginning with announcements and a guest speaker.

DOOR PRIZES:  Door prizes are given away at the end of each meeting.  All members are encouraged to bring an item from their business to offer as one of the giveaways. This can be anything from gift cards, tumblers, beer, wine…you name it!

BUSINESS CARDS & NAMETAGS:  If you have them, bring your business cards to hand out AND to enter the drawing for the door prizes.  We also encourage members to wear their business nametags if you have them.

E-INVITES & REGISTRATION:  Email invites will come out prior to each meeting with a link to easily register.
